Your SmartyPants Vitamins subscription will be shipped to you on a regular frequency that you select. Most of our customers choose every month, but you can choose to have your order delivered every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months at a time.

Subscription frequencies are free and easy to cancel, skip or change.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We think you’ll love SmartyPants.  

But if you don’t, your upcoming subscription can be cancelled online by logging into your SmartyPantsVitamins.com account and navigating to “My Subscriptions.”

You will receive an email notification confirming your cancellation. The successfully canceled subscription will also show up in the inactive subscriptions section in your account with a cancelled date.

How do I skip a subscription?

First, login to your SmartyPantsVitamins.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.'  

Find the active subscription you want to change and select, “Edit.”

Select ‘Skip Shipment’, and your upcoming order will be skipped. The following order will still be scheduled according to your original subscription frequency.

How do I update my billing, address or account information?

You can easily edit your account information, such as your billing, shipping address, your payment method, by logging in to your SmartyPantsVitamins.com account using the email and password that you registered for the account with.

How do I change my subscription delivery date?

First, login to your SmartyPantsVitamins.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.'  

Find the active subscription you want to change and select, “Edit.”

Select  Next Charge Date,’ and a calendar will pop up to select a future shipment date. Simply click to confirm the date you prefer to update, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I update my subscription delivery frequency?

First, login to your SmartyPantsVitamins.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' ​​

Find the active subscription you want to change and select, “Edit.”

Click the frequency dropdown box next to the subscription product you would like to change and select your desired frequency from the dropdown menu.  Click update, and voila!

Can I still take advantage of promotions for non-subscribers?

Yes!

Your subscription is always an extra 10% off, but you can always take advantage of regular promotions by checking out outside of your subscription account.
